I have used several research tools for my print on demand business and by far, EverBee is the best. It took some time to learn the filters and other tools but it is well worth it.

Fantastic product - really a lifeline for Etsy beginners. I have used two other similar products, but for keyword research this app is the best.
Questions, answered
How much does Etsy charge in fees?
Etsy charges a $0.20 listing fee per item, a 6.5% transaction fee on the item price plus shipping, and a payment processing fee that varies by country (about 3% + $0.25 in the US). If a sale comes from Offsite Ads, Etsy adds a 12–15% advertising fee.
How is my Etsy profit calculated?
Profit is your total revenue (item price minus discounts, plus the shipping you charge) minus all Etsy fees and your own costs (cost of goods and the shipping you pay). This calculator does the full breakdown and shows your net profit and margin.
Does this include Etsy Offsite Ads fees?
Yes. Set Advertising to "Offsite Ads (15%)" to include the 15% fee Etsy charges when a sale comes through Offsite Ads. Sellers under $10,000 in the last 12 months can opt out; high-volume sellers are charged 12% and cannot.
Are these Etsy fees accurate and up to date?
The calculator uses Etsy’s standard published rates. Fees can change and some countries add a regulatory operating fee, so treat the result as a close estimate and check Etsy’s current fee schedule for your account.
How can I increase my Etsy profit?
Price with fees built in, keep shipping costs lean, and focus on products with proven demand. EverBee’s free Chrome extension shows real sales and revenue on any Etsy listing so you can pick winners before you make anything.
Is the Etsy fee calculator free?
Yes, completely free with no sign-up required. For live sales, revenue and keyword data on any Etsy listing, add the free EverBee extension to Chrome.
